- Return pickups are not available; please drop off your item at the nearest courier depot.

- If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM on weekdays are dispatched the same day.
- Weekend orders will be dispatched on the next working day.
- Standard delivery: 2–3 working days. Next-day delivery: available Monday–Friday.
- Please allow for postal delays beyond our control.
- If your order hasn't arrived in 2–3 working days, please contact us.
- We deliver across the UK, excluding the Channel Islands.
